Marcus Rashford’s brother Dane Rashford arrested in Miami
The arrest of Marcus Rashford's brother has surrounded him in controversy.
Marcus Rashford is well-known for his performances at the historic football club, Manchester United. Despite his unpredictable performances, he has been a vital part of Erik ten Hag’s United. He is also well-known for his work off the pitch, most notably supporting FareShare which is a nonprofit that fights hunger and food waste.
The media in the United Kingdom have reported about Marcus Rashford‘s brother, Dane Rashford. According to rumours, the player’s brother, a football agent by trade, was arrested in Miami. Dane was charged with battery, later amended to domestic violence. On October 24th, he was charged, and the news broke shortly after Manchester United’s 4-3 loss to Copenhagen.
Dane, 31, was freed from jail but must appear in court on November 27th for a hearing. The court also handed him a stay-away order forbidding him from contacting or approaching the unnamed victim. The news has created quite a stir in the football world.

Marcus Rashford’s venture at Manchester United is under scrutiny
Marcus Rashford played in Manchester United‘s 4-3 defeat to Copenhagen. The Red Devils battled against the home team, finally falling 4-3. Even though United had a two-goal lead, a mistake by the United star cost his team.
Rashford’s unlucky moment occurred in the 39th minute when he lost possession of the ball. As Elias Jelert guarded the ball, the player was spotted stepping on him. In a second, Rashford is seen treading on the defender’s planted foot in an attempt to safeguard the ball. The player was given a straight red card by VAR, cutting United to 10 men.
