At the Khalifa International Stadium, Al-Duhail faced Al-Nassr in the AFC Champions League. Al-Nassr became unbeaten for the tenth time in a row and for the fourth time in the AFC Champions League. Al-Nassr defeated Al-Duhail in a high-octane clash, winning the game 2-3.

Anderson Talisca, Al-Nassr’s second biggest scorer after Cristiano Ronaldo, scored a spectacular hat-trick to guarantee Al-Nassr’s pristine record in the group stages was maintained.
