Samuel Chukwueze on verge of joining Serie A
AC milan are closing in on the signing of Samuel Chukwueze from Villareal real fast. The Italian club has done some really good effective job lately in the transfer window. The motto certainly is to strengthen their squad ahead of the upcoming season. Admist several additions to the team, an agreement that the Rossoneri have made with Villareal is that of a highly impactful attacking option of that of Samuel Chukwueze. According to several sources, the Nigerian wasnt a part of Setien’s Villareal squad for the recent friendly game against Hannover. Samuel’s move to AC Milan is a done deal

Fabrizio Romano in his official revelation regarding Samuel’s move made it clear that the Italian club are sealing the final details of the deal to sign the winger. He also let everyone know that the player shall become the new Rossoneri player this week in all probabilities. Milan shall be paying a fee of £25m as of now along with the bonuses (add ons). Chukwueze shall be signing a five year contract with the club shortly.
Samuel who is 24 years old now, began his career with Villareal at the senior level in the 2018/19 season. He has scored 41 goals and provided 33 assists in 227 appearances for the club over a period of 5 years at the club. AC Milan on the other hand will be desperate to inject some more fresh blood into the team. Stefano Pioli who has been doing some really good job lately has helped his side register a fourth place finish in the 2022/23 Serie A season which means that the Rossoneri shall be featuring in the upcoming season’s Champions League. The team would love to have the young Nigerian winger included to their squad. It remains to be seen as to whether Samuel Chukwueze is able to fit into his new team’s system and add value to the performances of the club as a whole.
