English youngster Myles Lewis-Skelly has signed a contract with Arsenal lately. The negotiations with respect to the player’s contract were taking place over the past few days. The player who had been a part of Arsenal since the last year is now all set to take a giant leap forward in his career with the gunners nowon. The player’s deal with the club has been sealed as per the confirmations of several sources.

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know that Myles Lewis-Skelly has signed a contract for Arsenal. The contract was the first of Skelly’s professional career. The player said that it was nothing short of a dream for him to play for Arsenal one day. “It means the world to me — to play for Arsenal, I’m truly speechless. I’ve been dreaming of this moment. To say that I’m a professional football player is a dream come true”, he said.

Myles Lewis-Skelly who was born in 2006 began his career with Arsenal’s youth academy. He gained promotion to the club’s U-18 side in 2022. An year later, he earned a spot in the team’s U-21 side as well. The 17 year old has so far played 29 games for the club across all competitions at the youth level. He has scored 4 goals and provided 5 assists for his side so far.

Arsenal have been in fine form lately. The team finished second in the league last season. Following their wonderful performances in the recent past, the team will be playing in the Champions’ league for the first time this season in 7 years. The next major motto for the team will be to continue their fine run in the ongoing league season. The onus will be on the team’s youngsters including Myles Lewis to help the side achieve its objectives hereon.
