Jeremie Frimpong signs new deal with Bayer Leverkusen
22 year old Jeremie Frimpong has signed a new deal with his club Bayer Leverkusen recently. The negotiations with respect to the player’s new deal with respect to the player’s new deal were taking place over the past few days. The player who had joined Leverkusen around three years ago is now all set to lengthen his stay at the club even further. The player’s new deal with the club has almost been completed as per the confirmations of several sources.

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know that Jeremie Frimpong’s new deal with Bayer Leverkusen has been completed. The player shall be extending his contract with the club until the year 2028. The German club were totally convinced of the player’s talent and have this offered him a new deal.
Jeremie Frimpong who was born in 2000 began his senior career with Celtic in the Scottish league in the year 2019 at the age of 18. After around one and a half years and 51 appearances at the club, he made a move to Bundesliga club – Bayer Leverkusen. The youngster has so far played a total of 103 matches for the team. He has scored 12 goals till date for the club across all competitions and has eventually turned out to be an integral part of the team with the passage of time.
Bayern Leverkusen have been in fairly good form lately. The side finished sixth in the league last season. With 50 points to their name in 34 games, the team missed out on a spot in the top 4 and this will not be a part of the 2023/24 season’s champions league.
However the team will be featuring in the Europa League after having cemented their place in the group stages of the competition. The team’s major motto will be to perform better in the league and also achieve something significant in the Europa League.
