David Raya has his say on the present situation at Arsenal

Spanish professional footballer – David Raya has given his opinions with regards to his goalkeeping role at Arsenal currently. The player has been provided with a lot of backing and immense opportunities to prove his worth for the club on the big stages. He has been of great service to the club thanks to his brilliance in between the sticks. The Spaniard amidst all his services for the club made it a point to have a say on the relationship that he shares with his goalkeeping teammate – Aaron Ramsdale.

David Raya refers to his relationship with Ramsdale to be a good one

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know as to what David Raya had to say about his relationship with Ramsdale. Raya who has been guarding the net for Arsenal currently on a regular basis has been doing fairly well for the team ever since having replaced Ramsdale in the goalkeeping position. He said,“The relationship, very good. Of course I fight to be the n1”.

Raya also made it very clear that he shared a very healthy relationship with Ramsdale as he said,”“But at the end of the day, we are mates, which is the important thing. We have a very healthy relationship. There are no problems”.

David Raya who was born in 1995 began his senior career with Blackburn rovers in 2014 at the age of 19. He made a move to Brentford in 2019. After having played 161 matches for the club in a period of 4 years, he made a move to Arsenal on loan. He has played 6 matches for the gunners so far, comceeding 4 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets as well. The player made his senior debut for Spain’s national team in 2022. He has made just two appearances for his country so far.
