A huge turn of events regarding the transfer of Christopher Nkunku
Christopher Nkunku, a striker for RB Leipzig who was said to have agreed to a permanent summer transfer to Chelsea, is apparently rethinking his plans in light of interest from Real Madrid.
Nkunku, at 25 years old, has been one of the world’s top offensive players since the beginning of the previous season. He became a household name because of his incredible performances last season, when he racked up 35 goals and 20 assists in 52 appearances across all competitions.
The right-footed second striker with speed and a good shot allegedly agreed to a £53 million deal with Chelsea in December. He has eight caps for France. On July 1 of this year, he will be introduced as a new acquisition.
Fichajes reports that Nkunku is reconsidering his transfer to the Blues after being linked with Real Madrid. He has doubts about signing with the Stamford Bridge club since they will not play in Europe next season.

Nkunku might be a valuable addition to the La Liga club if he signs with them during the next summer transfer window. He might serve as a backup wide receiver and a potential rival to Karim Benzema.
Despite suffering two injuries since the new year began, Nkunku is doing well in the current 2022–23 season. In 34 appearances with Leipzig in all competitions, he has scored 20 goals and provided seven assists.
Since coming to Bayern Munich from Liverpool for about £35 million last summer, Mane, 31-year-old, has failed to live up to expectations. In 38 games this season, he has only scored 12 goals and added six assists for his team.
According to Football Insider, though, the Blues have their sights set on Mane this summer. They are now trying to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations while adding an experienced forward to their roster.
