Patrick Kluivert’s son Shane Kluivert has signed his first professional goal with FC Barcelona lately. The negotiations with respect to the player’s signing were taking place over the past few days. The player who had first arrived at Barcelona back in 2017 has now signed as a professional for the club. The player’s signing has been completed as per the confirmations of several sources.
Shane Kluivert joins Barcelona on a permanent deal
Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know that Shane Kluivert’s signing has been completed by FC Barcelona. The player who just turned 16 a day ago has joined FC Barcelona after signing the first ever professional contract of his career so far.
Shane Kluivert who was born in 2007 began his career with Dutch side Buitenveldert before making a move to Ligue 1 club – PSG. It was in 2017 when a 9-year-old Shane followed the path of his father and joined FC Barcelona.

After being a part of the club at the youth level over the past six years, the teenager has now signed professionally for the club. It’s a matter of time now as to when the 16-year-old is able to kick start his senior career with the club.
Barcelona has been in wonderful form lately. The team won the league title last season. With 88 points in 38 matches throughout the season, the team finished at the top of the table – 10 points clear of second placed Real Madrid. The team’s next major motto will be to perform better in the ongoing league season and deliver impactful performances in the upcoming season’s Champions league.
