Pep Guardiola talks about Jack Grealish’s recent performances for City

Manchester City undoubtedly have been one of the most in form clubs in the world over the past several months. The team has displayed fantastic performances in this season so far thereby replicating their brilliance from the previous season quite brilliantly. The team has been availing the services of several quality players each of whom have been brilliant for the team lately. The manager – Guardiola made it a point to give his opinions about the players, one of whom was a certain Jack Grealish.

Guardiola says that Grealish will get into rhythm with time

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know as to what Guardiola had to say about Grealish’s current form for Manchester City. Grealish who has been blowing hot and cold this season so far has had the support of his manager all the time as is evident from the words of the Manchester City boss.

With reference to Grealish, Pep Guardiola said,””No doubts over his quality and what he’s done for us”.”Arrived a little bit late this season, needs rhythm… he will be back and we’ll use him. He’ll help us. He knows there is competition”. Grealish despite his average performances lately has been a fairly useful player for the club so far during his stay at the Etihad.

The player who joined Manchester City in 2021 has played a total of 98 matches for the club across all competitions till date. He has scored 11 goals and provider 16 assists in all until now for the team. The winger last scored for City back in April against Southampton in the Premier League. His stats so far this season have been rather mediocre as he’s been able to register just one assist and no goals in 9 Premier League matches. It remains to be seen as to whether the player is able to get back to his best for the club in the times to come.
