Since joining the club, Camavinga has had a significant effect on Carlo Ancelotti’s team. The French star has already won two major titles with Spanish club Real Madrid: the UEFA Champions League and the Spanish La Liga. And he unquestionably had an important role in their successes.
The former Rennes midfielder now plays for Los Blancos and has appeared in 82 games, contributing five goals and five assists. The top player for Madrid this season has appeared in 42 games in all competitions. Ancelotti has benefited from his adaptability in tense moments. In the absence of their normal full-backs, the 20-year-old has done an outstanding job at left-back.
He is under contract with Real Madrid for the foreseeable future, and the club views him as a valuable asset. Liverpool, though, is ready to take a chance in order to bolster their midfield for the next season.
