Sir Alex Ferguson, the former Manchester United manager widely considered as the best of his time, advertised his magnificent Cheshire property for £3.5 million after the terrible death of his wife, Lady Cathy Ferguson.
In addition, the pair had been married for 57 years. They have three children, a total of twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Sir Alex’s 84-year-old wife, Lady Cathy, was put to rest in St Andrew’s Cathedral in Glasgow, Scotland.
Their five-bedroom house, where they resided for 25 years, is now on the market for a premium price. Furthermore, it is in a safe Cheshire neighbourhood. The home features a granite-floored kitchen, a living room fireplace, opulent baths, and beautiful green grounds.
