Australian youngster, Garang Kuol is on the verge of making a loan move to the Netherlands’ club from the Premier League. The player had signed for Newcastle officially in January of 2023. The player had also admitted having been tremendously benefitted by his move to the Premier League since he was getting the opportunity to train at the topmost level unlike any other club elsewhere. The player is however all set to make a move out to Dutch club Volendam after just a 7 month stay at Newcastle. The loaned move for Kuol is now imminent as per several sources.
Kuol to play for Eredivisie club, Holendam next season
Initially after getting several offers for young Kuol. Newcastle chose Holendam from the Netherlands after having turned down multiple offers from Championship clubs. The reason possibly lies in the fact that Eredivisie has a higher reputation in terms of developing younger talented players.
To talk about Garang Kuol’s recent performances on the pitch, the 18-year-old after having signed for Newcastle went out to hearts and what followed was a forgettable period of time for the young striker. He got to feature in just 7 matches for the club in the Scottish premier league playing a total of under 200 minutes for them during his stay at the club. A player who has just scored a total of 8 goals so far in his senior football career is all set to face a new challenge following his move to the Eredivisie.
Holendam who will be excited for sure to have been able to add a youngster of Kuol’s kind to their line up has been in average form lately. The team managed to escape relegation by a bare margin last season following a 14th-place finish in the league. The side managed to accumulate just 36 points from the 34 matches they played in all thereby finishing just 2 spots above the relegation zone fortunately. The club would be desperate to display a strong show in the upcoming season. It remains to be seen as to how well young Garang Kuol is able to fit into his new team hereon.
