Eduardo Camavinga nearing a new deal with Real Madrid
French international Eduardo Camavinga is on verge of signing a new deal with Real Madrid. The negotiations with respect to the player’s new deal are taking place over the past few days. The player who had joined Real Madrid around two years ago is now all set to lengthen his stay at the club even further. The player’s new deal with the club has nearly been completed as per the confirmations of several sources.
Eduardo Camavinga to extend his stay at Real Madrid
Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know that Eduardo Camavinga is closing in on a new deal with Real Madrid very soon. The player shall be staying at the club in the times to come for certain. The new deal will include higher salary and release clause to ‘protect’ the player.
Eduardo Camavinga who was born in 2002 began his senior career with Ligue 1 club – Rennes in 2018 at the age of 16. He is the youngest ever player in the Ligue’s history to register an assist after having achieved the milestone in 2019. He played 88 matches for the club scoring 2 goals during his stay of about 4 years at the club.

He thereon made a move to Real Madrid. He immediately became an integral part of the team contributing to the team’s successes majorly. The midfielder played a crucial role in helping Madrid lift the UEFA Champions league in 2022 shortly after his arrival at the club. He has played a total of 107 matches for the team so far scoring 2 goals and providing 4 assists.
Real Madrid have been in fairly good form lately. The team finished second in the league last season just below Barcelona. Carlo Ancelloti’s men also failed to defend their Champions’ league title last season after crashing out in the semi finals against Manchester City. The next major motto for the side will be to deliver better performances in the league and the UCL. The onus will be on the team’s talented youngsters including a certain Eduardo Camavinga to help the side achieve its objectives hereon.
