Cristiano Ronaldo News: Cristiano Ronaldo posts a message amid rumours of a breakup with his girlfriend
Cristiano Ronaldo News: Cristiano Ronaldo, the star player for Al-Nassr, seems to have put an end to dating speculations involving Georgina Rodriguez by sharing a sweet photo of the couple on Instagram.
Ronaldo and Rodriguez were seen kissing passionately while dining together. He wrote: “Cheers to Love.”
The rumours that Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez’s relationship is strained have already been denied by Rodriguez herself. She wrote:“The envious invents the rumour. The gossiper spreads it.”
Since 2017, Ronaldo and Rodriguez have been together. When the five-time Ballon d’Or winner was still playing for Real Madrid, they first crossed paths.
They have been together for a long time, are co-parents to three children, and have two of their own. Since Ronaldo’s December transfer to Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr, the family has lived in Turin, Manchester, and, most recently, Riyad.
Cristiano Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr after amicably leaving Premier League powerhouse Manchester United in November 2022.
The 38-year-old man made his maiden trip outside of Europe to try his luck in the Saudi Pro League. The Portugal captain has scored 12 goals and assisted on two more in only 15 outings for his new club across all competitions.
Al-Nassr (56), who are in second place in the Saudi Pro League behind leaders Al-Ittihad (59), are three points behind the leaders after playing one more game. Ronaldo made his Al-Nassr debut in the Saudi Pro League against Ettifaq FC, although he did not score in the team’s 1-0 home victory.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner watched helplessly as his new club lost 3-1 to Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Super Cup playoffs.
Ronaldo scored twice in a league match, once in a 2-2 draw against Al-Fate and once in a 4-0 triumph over Al-Wehada FC. He subsequently scored a hat trick for Al-Nassr again in their 3-0 league victory against Damac FC, his second of the season.
However, the Portuguese failed to score in either of Al-Nassr’s two King’s Cup games, and the team ultimately lost in the semifinals to Al-Wehda FC. This will be the first time in his legendary career that he doesn’t win a prize at some point throughout the year.
