Arthur To Land In Fiorentina Following His Time at Liverpool
Serie A club, Fiorentina are in talks to agree on a loan move for brazilian player Arthur Melo. As the talks went underway for Arthur over the past few days, the words from Italiano were “He (Arthur) is a strong boy, a top level player and we’ll see what happens”.
The words have made it pretty clear that Fiorentina are more than keen to have Arthur at their club. Though the former Barcelona player has been seemingly out of touch over the last several months, the Italian club have shown great interest in signing him as it is evident from their opinions on the player.
Arthur’s move to Fiorentina is almost a done deal as per many reports including Fabrizio:-
Fabrizio Romano in his most recent official revelation made it clear that Fiorentina is almost closing in on the Arthur deal. The final details regarding the player’s transfer shall be fixed shortly in the few upcoming hours and then and official announcement regarding the player’s arrival at his new club shall be made for certain.
To speak about Arthur’s career so far, the brazilian midfielder has been named amongst the young prodigies ever since the beginning of his career. After having began his career at Gremo, he burst into the scene after signing for Barcelona in the 2018/19 season.

He however wasn’t able to replicate any significant quality performances on the pitch and was thus transferred out to Juventus via a swap deal which saw Pjanic and Arthur join Barcelona and Juventus respectively. Arthur’s time at Juve was also far from memorable as he failed to fit into the system once again.
His time at the Old Lady was also cut short as he was loaned out to Liverpool a couple years after having joined them. As fate would have had it, the midfielder failed to make his presence felt in the Premier league club too as his time there was majorly marred with injuries.
It remains to be seen as to whether his transfer to Fiorentina actually takes place and if he is able to re discover his touch and rhythm on the pitch thereby gaining the attraction of top clubs once again like he did around 5-6 years ago.
