Al Nassr sign Raghed AlNajjar from Al Taawoun
Al Taawoun player Raghed AlNajjar has made a move to another Saudi club via this summer’s transfer window. The negotiations with respect to the player’s move were taking place over the past few days. The player who had joined Al Taawoun last season is now all set to part ways with the club so as to join Al Nassr FC. The player’s move to his new club has almost been completed as per the confirmations of several sources.
Raghed AlNajjar joins Al Nassr on a permanent deal
Al Nassr’s official sources have made it clear via their posts on various social media platforms that they have signed National team goalkeeper – Raghed AlNajjar on a permanent deal. The player shall be joining the club on a two year contract which shall be valid until 2026.
Raghed AlNajjar who was born in 1996 began his senior career with Al Ahli after having signed his professional contract for the club in 2016. He initially had been a part of Al Ahli at the youth level back in the year 2014. He joined Al Shabab in June 2018.
After having spent a period of six months at the club, the goalkeeper made a move to Al Faisaly in January 2019. After around one year, he signed for Al Wehda. It was only last year that he signed for Al Taawoun. He got to play just 3 games for the club throughout the last season.

Al Nassr has been in fairly good form lately. The side finished second in the league last season. The team also won the Arab Champions Cup recently this season. The team’s major motto will be to do better in the league and also get significant impactful results in the Asian Champions league in the upcoming times. The onus will be on the team’s new signings including Raghed AlNajjar to help the side achieve its objectives hereon.
