Rodrygo is on the verge of signing a new deal with Real Madrid

Brazilian youngster – Rodrygo goes is closing in on a new deal with Real Madrid soon. The negotiations with respect to the player’s new deal were taking place over the past few days. The player who joined Real Madrid in 2019 is now all set to lengthen his period of time at the club even further. The player’s new deal with the club is almost completed as per the confirmations of several sources. The club considers him a precious part of their future.

Rodrygo to extend his time at Real Madrid

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know about Rodrygo’s contract extension at the club being a done deal. Rodrygo who has been one of the most impactful players for Madrid in recent times is being considered a major priority by the coach and other staff. His sheer brilliance on the pitch is definitely going to be of great service to the club in the times to come.

Rodrygo who was born in 2001 began his senior career with Brazilian club Santos in 2017 at the age of 16. After having played 80 matches and scoring 17 goals until 2019 for the club, he made a move to Real Madrid. He got to make our debut for the team in the 2019/20 season. The player was a major part of the team’s each of the heroic victories throughout the 2021/22 UCL. He has played a total of 179 matches for the club scoring 39 goals in all.

Real Madrid have been in fairly good form so far this season. The team is at the top of the La Liga table so far with 28 points in 11 matches. Madrid also have won all their three games so far in the UCL this season. It remains to be seen as to whether the team is able to continue its fine performances in the upcoming times.
