Real Madrid want the €85m Arsenal man in the summer transfer window

Defensa Central reports that Real Madrid is keeping an eye on Gabriel Jesus, a Brazilian forward worth an estimated €75 million.

Jesus has been an excellent addition to Arsenal’s roster, and the team has missed him during his time on the sidelines due to injury. The 25-year-old has a long track record of success in the Premier League, and he has also been instrumental in Manchester City’s collection of titles.

Real Madrid reportedly wants to add a striker to help relieve pressure on Karim Benzema. Carlo Ancelotti needs to add to his attacking options as the Frenchman nears the end of his career. The capital club would be wise to sign Jesus. It’s unclear, though, whether Arsenal will be willing to let him go.

He’s been with the Gunners since they signed him at the beginning of the season. The club in north London doesn’t have to sell him because of external pressure. Thus, Real Madrid may have to spend over the odds to win them over.

Jesus can play in any of the front three positions, and his addition to the attack will provide flair, creativity, speed, and goals. The Brazilian is the perfect replacement for Karim Benzema because he can do more than simply score goals.

Jesus, like any other player, may be swayed by Real Madrid’s interest in him because of the potential to play for the club. What happens in the next weeks will be fascinating to see. An asking price in the nine figures is possible given the current market worth of €75 million.

After his promising first season in north London, Arsenal will want to retain him for as long as they can. The odds of the Gunners winning the Premier League this season are high. If they are able to win the league, they will have more leverage to keep their star players. Also, they’ll be playing in the Champions League again in the next year. This undoubtedly offers them greater clout when attempting to persuade the elite players.
