Kieran Tierney makes a move to La Liga club following Arsenal exit
Arsenal player Kieran Tierney has made a move to the La Liga via this summer’s transfer window. The negotiations with respect to the player’s move were taking place over the past few days. Tierney who had joined Arsenal around 4 years ago has now parted ways with the club so as to join Spanish club – Real Sociedad on loan. The player’s move to his new club in Spain has almost been completed as per the confirmations of several sources.

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know that Kieran Tierney’s loaned move to Real Sociedad has almost been completed. A verbal agreement with Arsenal is in place on the loan deal – no buy option included. Tierney himself has agreed to the move and the medicals are now being scheduled after the documents have been exchanged between the clubs.

Kieran Tierney who was born in 1997 began his senior career with Celtic in the 2014/15 season at the age of 17. He played a total of 170 matches for the club across all competitions until the 2018/19 season before making a move to the Premier League club – Arsenal. He was made a more or less regular part of the team throughout the seasons thereon. The full back has played 124 matches for the gunners so far during his 4 year stay at the club.
Real Sociedad have been in brilliant form lately. The team finished fourth in the League last season. With 71 points in 38 games, the side cemented it’s place in the upcoming season’s Champions league too. The team’s major motto nowon will be to continue their brilliant run of form in the league and earn better results in the times to come.
The Spanish side will also be keen to make a mark in the champions league this season. The onus will be on the team’s new signings to help the side achieve its objectives hereon.
