Federico Dimarco is a Puskas Award contender already
Inter Milan have already scored over 30 points in just 12 fixtures.
Federico Dimarco of Inter Milan has just scored one of the season’s most ridiculous goals, with many thinking it is worthy of the Puskas Award. After seeing the custodian off his line, the Italian struck the ball towards the goal at the halfway line. The sound of the ball hitting the back of the goal elicited a deafening shout from the San Siro crowd.
Leaving his custodian, Yans Sommer, with his hands on his head, the 26-year-old opened the score in the 43rd minute of Inter Milan‘s Serie A match against Frosinone.
While Inter’s Hakan Calhanolu also found himself on the scoresheet after netting a penalty in the 48th minute, it was Federico Dimarco’s outrageous goal that stole the show.
The Milan-based team won 2-0 on the night, propelling them to the top of the Italian league standings. Juventus and Inter Milan are now two points behind second place and have maintained their fantastic success in the league this season, with the club having only lost one game all season, with 10 victories in 12 league encounters.

Will Inter Milan and Federico Dimarco reach the Champions League final?
Before the 2022/23 season, nobody predicted a UEFA Champions League final between Inter Milan and Manchester City. While City was considered favorite, especially with the arrival of Erling Haaland, Inter Milan surprised many.
While Inter was defeated on the night, they stunned many supporters, with some speculating that Milan might have won the finals if they had been more clinical on the ball. Despite the fact that it appears tough to recreate what was accomplished last season, 8 of the 11 players in the finals played in their most recent match against Frosinone last weekend.
