Andrey Santos makes a move to Nottingham forest following Chelsea exit

Chelsea player Andrey Santos has made a move to Nottingham Forest via this summer’s transfer window. The negotiations with respect to the player’s move were taking place over the past few days. The player who joined Chelsea around 8 months ago is now all set to part ways with the club so as to join Nottingham Forest on loan. The player’s move to his new club has almost been completed as per the confirmations of several sources.

Andrey Santos to join Nottingham forest on a loan deal

Fabrizio Romano via his official revelation let everyone know that Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Andrey Santos on loan from Chelsea. Santos himself has been pretty eager with regard to his move to forest as are evident from his words recently. The youngster has said that Nottingham Forest is a big club and they play good football, they have good players.

Andrey Santos who was born in 2004 made his senior career with Vasco Da Gama in the year 2021 at the age of 16. He signed for Chelsea in January of 2023 following which he was loaned back to Vasco Da Gama again until the end of 2022/23 season. The teenager is all set to begin his new journey with Nottingham forest in the Premier League shortly hereon.

Nottingham forest have been in fairly good form lately. The side finished 16th in the league last season. With 38 points in as many matches throughout the season, the side narrowly managed to avoid relegation after being promoted to the Premier League that same season.

The team’s major motto will be to retain their place in the Premier League with quality performances in the ongoing league season too thereby preventing any chances of relegation. The onus will be on the team’s new signings including young Andrey Santos to help the side achieve its objectives hereon.
